The outer tube of the multi-tube chimney is made of Q3558 carbon steel plate, and the inner tube is made of stainless steel 304. All accessories are prefabricated in the factory and hoisted on site. Each section of the chimney is connected by flange.
The outer tube is made of Q355B carbon steel, a high-strength support structure, and the surface is treated with epoxy zinc-rich primer (1 coat) + micaceous iron intermediate paint (1 coat) + polyurethane topcoat (1 coat) for anti-corrosion, which is more effective in resisting wind and sand, resisting ultraviolet rays, and economical and applicable; the inner tube is made of stainless steel 304, which is corrosion-resistant and more in line with the device environment of this project, with a service life of ≥30 years. The inner tube (DN1600mm) focuses on corrosion-resistant flue gas emission, and the outer tube (DN1900mm) provides wind and earthquake resistance support, and the overall structural stability is improved by 50%.
