Stainless steel chimneys are innovatively combined with high-performance stainless steel materials and tower support systems. They are designed for high-temperature and highly corrosive flue gas emission scenarios, taking into account excellent durability and structural safety, and helping petrochemical, energy and power, metallurgy and other industries to achieve high-efficiency, low-carbon and compliant emissions. For high-temperature and highly corrosive media emissions such as desulfurization and denitrification tail gas from thermal power plants, acidic gases from refineries, VOCs waste gas from chemical plants, and flue gas from biomass boilers, they can be customized with a diameter of 0.5-8 meters and a multi-tube cluster structure to meet diverse process requirements. Advantages of tower-type stainless steel chimneys: 1. Stainless steel materials have excellent corrosion resistance and can resist acidic substances (such as SO₂, HCl), high-temperature moisture and chemical corrosion in flue gas, extending service life. Compared with ordinary carbon steel chimneys, frequent anti-corrosion maintenance is not required, which greatly reduces long-term maintenance costs. The weight of stainless steel is also lighter than that of ordinary carbon steel chimneys, which can appropriately reduce the support weight of the tower and reduce the foundation cost.
In general, compared with ordinary carbon steel chimneys, tower-type stainless steel cluster chimneys have high corrosion resistance, a service life of up to 30 years, a short construction period, extremely low maintenance costs, and excellent earthquake and wind resistance.
