Titanium steel composite plate chimney is an industrial chimney structure that combines the corrosion resistance of titanium and the high strength of steel. It is widely used in chemical, electric power, metallurgy and other fields with severe corrosive environments.
Titanium steel composite plate uses explosive composite or rolling composite technology to firmly combine titanium plate (usually 2~3mm thick) with carbon steel plate (thickness depends on project design requirements) to form a composite material with the advantages of both. The titanium layer serves as the corrosion-resistant surface, and the steel layer provides the main structural support. Titanium has excellent corrosion resistance and is particularly suitable for treating sulfur-containing flue gas and low-temperature wet chimney environments after wet flue gas desulfurization (FGD) to avoid acid dew point corrosion. Carbon steel or low alloy steel is used as the base layer to provide mechanical strength and rigidity, greatly reducing the cost of pure titanium chimneys, while also meeting the load-bearing and wind and earthquake resistance requirements of large chimneys. Compared with pure titanium chimneys, titanium steel composite plate chimneys greatly reduce the use of titanium, reduce costs by 30% to 50%, and also reduce structural loads and foundation costs;
Typical scenarios: chemical park hydrogen chloride tail gas, electroplating plant acid mist exhaust gas, shipbuilding welding smoke, lithium battery baking smoke and other highly corrosive media emissions, can be customized with a diameter of 0.3-6 meters, pressure level PN6-PN40, and adapt to vertical, tower, sleeve and other structures.
